Unsure Results
So, I am not the most avid exerciser in the world, but I bought this product because it was advertised in Instinct magazine as a "5-star-product" for toning abs. I'm already thin as it is, but I wanted to see if it would perhaps make my abs stand out a little more than they already do.

I used the product once per day for about two weeks, after I got out of the shower. Then I would go about my daily tasks - school, work, etc. I didn't really see a change of any kind.

I am not going to say "the product doesn't work" because I cannot prove that for sure, but I will say that for me personally it didn't do anything. Maybe it is a product that only works for people who go to Lifetime fitness and do cardio and weightlifting for two hours five times per week. I don't really know. All I know is that if you aren't a really athletic person, I doubt it will have any effect on your abdomen.

I wish I could say it was the "savior" product, but like most shortcut products, it doesn't really seem to do what the bottle claims it will do
